Private reading lessons for your child

My name is Ester Burrell- Dacosta. I will teach your kids private reading lessons online in a fun and exciting way. I have been teaching kids for the past 15 years, and I am interested in becoming your long term reading teacher. I would love to help improve your child’s reading.

All lessons will be done via skype, zoom, or google meets.

Reading lessons include:

• Letter sounds
• Word recognition
• Phonics
• Spellings
• Stories and comprehensions
• Activities and assignments

I offer specially designed lessons that have 3 parts.

1. WATCH We will watch a short video to introduce the learner to sounds associated with a specific letter.
2. PLAY The learner will use tiles to understand individual sounds and how the system of reading works
3. READ – We will work through the words and sounds of the lesson with worksheets that reinforce the concepts without repetition.
