RF Drive Teste Engineer
Started with RF Drive Test Engineer, performed SSV tasks, call testing, and Data Testing. Optimizing the routes and patching with
the support of RNO’s. Surveys of rural areas in the South Region, attending indoor complaints. Performed cluster drive and escalated
installation issues to my POC.
RF Roll Out POC
Since, I got this position I have been assigned with multiple RO projects like 3G/4G NPS, 3G/4G Split, 4G 4T4R Swap & 2G Roll Out
of Zong, and which I have completes successfully with the mass number of field teams. Interaction with RF and BSS team for Site
issues. Aligning and planning SSV sites for field engineers, to complete the given tasks. Escalating issues to BSS, if found on site.
Preparing SSV Report and getting approval from the customer. Analyzing network coverage key performance indicators (KPIs) on daily
basis, for voice: CSSR, DCR, SD DROP RATE, SD and TCH blocking, for Packet services: DL/UL PRB Utilization.
RF Team Lead
A regional focal person between Netkom and Huawei. Facilitate customers' demands and requirements within the South Region,
regardless of any hurdles. Hiring staff members from all over Pakistan, for different RF-related projects. Provide technical support
to project POC’s and teams working in the field. Ensure the delivery of every project is smooth. Having experience of managing 50
plus teams within the South Region. Good ability of report making of project deliverables of Huawei different projects like
Ufone/Zong & Jazz. Other than Huawei, projects with a deadline of USF are being delivered and managed within the given time.
Making strict compliance regarding EHS awareness while working at height, and sharing my experience of DT/ Post Processing/ RF
Optimization. Project execution and planning, maintaining data of my RF staff asset records also. Firm Coordination with the
Customer and internal department for a prompt solution to all the issues after rectification/escalation with the concerned.
